We want you to love our Frankie & Marley books and merchandise. Please review the details below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Books

  • Amazon orders (paperback): if you purchased your book through Amazon, all returns and refunds are handled directly through Amazon's return center. Please log into your Amazon account to begin a return or replacement request.
  • Lulus orders (hardcover): hardcover books ordered through Lulus are covered under Lulus return and refund policy. Visit Lulus support center to request assistance.
  • IngramSpark/wholesale orders: wholesale and bulk orders are handled through IngramSpark and follow their policies. Please contact IngramSpark directly for assistance.

Merchandise (stickers, clothing, accessories)

If you purchased merchandise through our Shopify store:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • To start a return, please use our contact us page and include your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
